Au del\u00e0 de diverses provenances politiques et syndicales nous avons illustr\u00e9s les demandes des usagers et des habitants. Mme la Maire de Coueron a insist\u00e9 sur les insuffisances de la desserte ferroviaire de la commune (heures creuses en semaine, en soir\u00e9e et le week-end). M.Alemany, conseiller d\u00e9partemental et Vice-pr\u00e9sident Action sociale de proximit\u00e9, a illustr\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 que l&rsquo;ensemble des collectivit\u00e9s collaborent pour connecter les diff\u00e9rents modes de transport et offrir des solutions de transport solidaire. Mme Daniel, s\u00e9natrice, a apport\u00e9 son \u00e9clairage sur les besoins de financements nationaux et r\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nous affirmons la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer et de d\u00e9velopper sans d\u00e9lai les trains et transports collectifs du quotidien, non seulement dans la m\u00e9tropole mais aussi au-del\u00e0.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Les usagers subissent<\/strong>:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Une mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de service en d\u00e9gradation (86,8%de r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 entre Nantes et Savenay ; 87,9% un an avant)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Des augmentations tarifaires importantes du r\u00e9seau ALEOP ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9es.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Une offre TER qui s&rsquo;accroit trop&nbsp;lentement quand la fr\u00e9quentation a augment\u00e9 de 43% depuis 2022<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Des trains r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement surcharg\u00e9s.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Une accessibilit\u00e9 de nombres de gares \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Nous demandons:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Un plan d&rsquo;action pour faire face \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation de la qualit\u00e9 de service TER.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Une densification de l&rsquo;offre de 05h30 \u00e0 23h00 avec un cadencement au minimum \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure en journ\u00e9e et \u00e0 la demi-heure en heures de pointe.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>La commande de nouvelles rames pour faire face aux surcharges.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Un rapprochement de la tarification TER des communes p\u00e9riurbaines \u00e0 l&rsquo;image de celle appliqu\u00e9e dans les communes m\u00e9tropolitaines.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la mise en accessibilit\u00e9 des gares pr\u00e9vues<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pour faire face \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation pr\u00e9vue de la population, aux exigences environnementales et \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de d\u00e9carboner les mobilit\u00e9s il faut \u00e9tudier :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Dans le cadre du service express m\u00e9tropolitain une nouvelle am\u00e9lioration du cadencement,<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Et la possibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un arr\u00eat suppl\u00e9mentaire entre Cou\u00ebron et Basse Indre.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Un maillage du service public de transport en zone rurale (Transport \u00e0 la demande, navettes cadenc\u00e9es, &#8230;)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Un nouveau sch\u00e9ma r\u00e9gional programmant les mises en accessibilit\u00e9 des gares.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Usagers, associations, \u00e9lus
